- New Recipients receptions, following investitures held by the Governor of SA
- King’s Birthday luncheon
- Visits to places of interest, often including lunch
The Branch also invites all schools and Colleges in South Australia to nominate up to two students from Years 11 and/or 12 for the flagship program of the SA Branch, the Student Citizenship Awards.
The Chair of the South Australia Branch of the Order of Australia Association Mr Noel Hender OAM BEM and Conference Convenor Mr Tony Metcalf OAM are pleased to announce that the SA Branch will be hosting the 2027 Order of Australia Association National Conference in Adelaide in May 2027. You will find further details on this website.
One of the main aims of each Branch of The Order of Australia Association is to raise awareness about The Order of Australia and the process through which awards are granted. The Branch Office regularly distributes information to those who are seeking to submit a nomination.
